• Weekend or public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Egypt only

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays

• Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, holidays).

• ZINDE is not responsible for courier-related delays.

Wrong Address

• Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

• ZINDE cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, email us at zindewear@gmail.com with photos.

• For lost packages, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
